These Terms & Conditions apply when you place an order on this florist’s website, which is provided by Florist2Florist.com Ltd (trading as Direct2Florist).

1. Parties to the Contract

When you place an order for flowers:

The flowers are created, supplied, and delivered by the florist shown on this website (the Florist).

Go dutch flowers is the supplier of the flowers and is responsible for the creation, quality, and delivery of your order.

Florist2Florist.com Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides the website, ordering and payment services only.

Your contract for the supply of flowers is with the Florist.

Your contract for the Service Fee is with Florist2Florist.com Ltd.

2. Ordering

When you place an order through this website, the Florist receives your order details directly and will prepare and deliver your flowers to the delivery address you provide.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices for flowers are set by the Florist and may vary by location, date, or availability.

A Service Fee is applied to each order. This covers the cost of the online ordering, payment handling, customer support, and technology services provided by Direct2Florist.

Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering.

Once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made by the Florist.

Delivery times are requested but cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak trading periods, severe weather, or circumstances beyond the Florist’s control.

If delivery cannot be completed (for example, no one available to receive the flowers), the Florist will follow a reasonable redelivery, safe-place, or neighbour delivery procedure where possible.

5. Substitutions

Flower availability can vary. Where necessary, the Florist may substitute flowers, packaging, or containers of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style, colour theme, and quality of the arrangement.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact either:

Refunds may be issued:

  • Directly by the Florist, or
  • By Direct2Florist on instruction from the Florist.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

7. Customer Service & Complaints

If there is an issue with your order, please contact the Florist in the first instance; they created and delivered the flowers and will be best placed to resolve the matter.

If you would like assistance, you may also contact Direct2Florist customer support, who will work with both you and the Florist to help resolve matters fairly.

8. VAT

The Florist is responsible for VAT (where applicable) on the flower supply.

Direct2Florist charges VAT (where applicable) on the Service Fee only.

9. Liability

Direct2Florist is not responsible for the supply, creation, delivery, or condition of the flowers. These are provided solely by the Florist.

Direct2Florist is responsible only for the provision of the online ordering and payment service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to new orders placed after the update date.
